ARUR Preparing Financial Information for Audits

A new upcoming press release will discuss ARUR’s contracting of an accounting firm to prepare its financial records for the auditors. Our 10-Q’s and 10-K’s for the 2008 and 2009 Fiscal years are being reviewed as well as the 10-Q’s for 2010. We believe the process will take less than 60 days and our intent is to file all documents to be current with SEC filing requirements. We will continue to post our current financials on the website.
